**Lead Generation and Partner Marketing Strategy**:
- Develop and implement versatile digital account-based strategies for lead generation and partner collaboration.
- Engage in event planning and management to foster community engagement and brand presence.
- Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, expanding reach and strengthening market position.
**Content and Outbound Marketing Management**:
- Lead the creation of compelling content and outbound marketing materials, tailored for lead generation and brand positioning.
- Employ storytelling and creative content strategies to engage target audiences and support marketing campaigns.
**Campaign Execution and Optimization**:
- Create and executive marketing campaigns that drive demand across our partner ecosystem and
- Oversee campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources for maximum ROI on lead generation efforts.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize conversion rates and lead acquisition costs.
**Market Trends and Innovation**:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge in digital marketing and event management.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- B2B marketing experience, with a broad skill set in content creation, outbound marketing, event management, ABM, and partner marketing, preferably in the Healthcare sector (Brazil and USA).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, with a basic understanding of Google Ads, SEO, SEM.
- Proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and decision-making.
- Excellent project management abilities, capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Digital marketing certifications are a plus, but not required.

- Liderar a criação de conteúdo envolvente e materiais de marketing outbound, adaptados para geração de leads e posicionamento de marca.
- Empregar estratégias criativas de storytelling e conteúdo para envolver públicos-alvo e apoiar campanhas de marketing.
**Execução e Otimização de Campanhas**:
- Criar e executar campanhas de marketing que impulsionam a demanda em nosso ecossistema de parceiros e prospects.
- Supervisionar o desempenho da campanha, fornecendo insights para melhorias contínuas.
- Gerenciar orçamentos de forma eficaz, alocando recursos para obter o máximo ROI em esforços de geração de leads.
- Implementar metodologias de teste A/B para otimizar taxas de conversão e custos de aquisição de leads.

- Manter-se atualizado sobre as tendências do setor, adaptando estratégias para manter uma vantagem competitiva em marketing digital e gerenciamento de eventos.
**Qualificações Necessárias**:
