W**hat you’ll do**
P**osition title: S**AP iXp Intern - Partner Support Specialist
L**ocation: S**ão Leopoldo, RS, Brazil - hybrid (3x per week)
- rovide operational support to SAP Partners across their partnership lifecycle.
- bility to be flexible in the approach to support SAP Partners in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- ontribute to drive partner self-sufficiency by promoting digital assets available to them.
- over SAP Partner support across different channels (ticket, chat, phone) following defined SLAs and guidelines.
- reate and maintain Digital Assets to drive partner self-sufficiency.
- ssist and support SAP Partners on portals and tools, partnership requirements, main partnership processes, among other contents.

- trong Communication Skills (verbal & written)
- gility and flexibility to work in an ever changing environment
- ork well under pressure & with high volume of queries
- usiness level English
- panish is a strong plus for the role. Commitment to learn the language is mandatory
- ndergraduate Students in Admin/Sales/Communication, and IT management related areas.
