The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Area PIPO Planning Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading all supply chain activities related to PIPO projects in the area to ensure service continuity and optimal inventory management.- Coordinating with other area planning PIPO leads and supply planners across countries within your area to confirm the required inventory build for uninterrupted service delivery to our customers.- Executing PIPO planner activities to effectively manage PIPO product transitions, optimizing processes, and tools.- Working closely with Portfolio Leads, Regulatory Area, Supply planners, Manufacturing plants, and other functions to align key transition dates, maintaining accurate material status, and forecast demand effectively.- Collaborating with other planning areas and functions to regularly about the progress of each PIPO phase, gaps, traffic light, and support needed communicate to key stakeholders.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Business Administration or Supply Chain Management- Two (2) years of Supply Planning, Production Planning Sourcing, Intercompany or Transportation

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:- Excellent communication written and verbal communication.- Strong Analytic skills leading to problem solving skills.- Experience in project management.- Combined experience in Supply Chain and other related assignments that would enhance high cross-functional awareness.

Work location: Remote

Travel: May include up to 5% (domestic/international)

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
