Tasks
Oversee all activity of a specific department or area in a company. They observe and analyze overall efficacy of the department and ensure things are moving smoothly and also report their findings to upper management as needed. Is responsible for the supervision of staff that maintain and work with individual management, performance and personnel development, order management, customer service, continuous improvement, alignment between different areas and their communication and formalization. Acting in support of Mercosur RE.

**Qualifications**:
Business Degree or equivalent
Past 5 years experience in Customer Service
English
Spanish
SAP skills is preferred
Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
Knowledge of customer service practices
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
