- About the Role
As an Events/Exhibitions Sales Representative II you will manage briefs, propose solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will assist sales teams in qualifying leads and oversee design and costing processes. As a key player, you will build and maintain professional relationships with outsourced partners. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing supplier performance on-site.- Responsibilities-
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded;-
- Creating proposals and presentations to communicate the value of products and services, while collaborating with internal teams, ensuring project execution;-
- Managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities, and providing regular updates to management;-
- Ensuring long-term client relationships through exceptional service throughout the sales process and negotiating contracts and pricing for profitable deals.- Requirements-
- Have completed a program in Business, Marketing, or a related field at the Bachelor's level;-
- Have previous professional experience in client portfolio management and sales;-
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written;
