**Contexte et environnement***:

- The activities are performed in a context of Drilling operations activities, oil production as non-operator & operator;
- Improvements in SAP system (Unisol) in order to reduce manuals controls;
- Implementation of new cash managament and Joint Venture controls and dashboards;
- Seek for automation alternatives to improve the JV day-to-day activities;

**Job Dimensions**:

- 10 Joint Ventures: 4 operated | 6 non operated | 11 different partners;
- Contract Framework: 8 Concession Contract | 3 Production Share Contract (PSC);

**Activités***:
**The employee shall perform his/her activities in compliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One Maestro Principles and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people, bearing in mind to preserve the environment and resources by contributing to improve our energy efficiency and decarbonization of Company’s assets and reputation.**

Operated & Non-Operated Joint Venture Accounting:

- Analyze and prepare Cash Calls and Billings Statements including analysis of budget-to-actual, capex and opex;
- Support of Joint Venture Accounting and reconciliation with General Accounting;
- Overhead calculation;
- Cutback Process;
- Monthly end closing routines.
- Lead on all matters related to Unitization Process;
- Attend the main financial & contractual conditions of BVs and joint ventures aspects;
- Support on BVs matter in aspects of Budget, SAR, Balance Sheet and Financial Statements;
- Suggest procedures and implement new internal controls and ensure that they are in accordance with SOX, audits, anti-fraud and anti-corruption guidelines;
- SOX: Guarantee that all SOX requirements are being met during the routine activities and performed according to respective deadlines;
- Support to operated and non-operated Joint Venture audits as well as general Joint Ventures demands;
- Support on preparation of ANP Reports as Local Content Reports and Expenditure Report;
- Liaison with Joint Venture and Cost Control Team in all aspects of joint ventures regarding the Blocks. Compliance with all financial aspects of JOAs to ensure an appropriate level of financial controls in the business like budgets and partners questionings.

**Accountabilities**:

- Ensure accurate financial control of assets operated and operated by others.
- Guarantee that the costs are accordingly booked against the projects.
- University degree in Accounting, Administration, Economy or correlated;
- About 2 to 4 year Finance experience in the Oil & Gas industry (Joint Venture Accounting area is a plus);
- Language: English is mandatory, and French is a plus;
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office mainly Excel) and SAP Experience;
- Used to work under pressure and with sharp deadlines;
- Understand SOX standards and maintain systems to ensure compliance;
- Good relationship with all affiliate areas to extract and generate reliable information.
