**Job Profile**:
When you join team Caterpillar as a Sr. Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for providing guidance on the machine order management process. The role is expected to provide support for all machine order management systems, including CMOPS, Mach1, Cat Configurator and the new Modern Order management system. The position will work closely with business partners in GIS, tax, accounting, account coordinators and transportation as an SME for the order management process. This role participates in testing, SAP deployments, and training for the order management systems.

Job Duties

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in solution delivery

Translate business requirements into process and IT requirements

Participate in global cross functional project teams to improve order management processes and systems that can span multiple organizations.

Conduct change management activities, including training, documentation, and roles & responsibility definition

Support machine order management systems, including Mach1 and CMOPS

Support CAT users with daily system issues

Coordinate the delivery of work requests with various globally located Caterpillar IT teams and external partners translating business requirements into functional specifications

Lead the issue resolution process with globally located Caterpillar IT support teams and external partners

Prepare, execute and/or coordinate the execution of the Product Testing and the System Integration Testing

Create and maintain system documentation

Create and maintain local business support processes

**Basic Qualifications**
**Education**:Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Marketing

**Experience**:At least 6 years of progressively responsible experience in roles related to sales, marketing, or business development and 2 years project management experience

**Language**:Pre advanced English

**Behavioral skills**:Strong business acumen, Ability to simplify complex information and develop clear communications and presentation materials to a variety of audiences, Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects of different sizes, analytical skills

**Travel**:This position may require less than 10% travel

**Desirable Qualifications
**- 4 years working knowledge of ordering systems (preferably related to Caterpillar machine prime product, but can include engines, parts or work tools ordering systems)
- Mach 1 SAP user experience
- MBA or Master’s in management or accounting
- Understanding of the Caterpillar organization, products, policies, and procedures
- Experience with lean principles and practices
- Ability to adapt to multiple cultures and countries
