**Position Description**

Andela's Product Team is at the intersection of people, process, and technology. We're building a next-generation platform that facilitates the connection between the global talent workforce (brilliance) and some of the best companies in the world (opportunity). We connect the world's top companies with talented technologists to accelerate their careers, provide access to growth opportunities, and help them become leaders in their communities. This role will report to the VP of Product.

**General Responsibilities**
- Own, represent and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for our marketplace platform communications
- Gather requirements from other product managers, engineering managers, designers, marketers, and business leadership
- Lead and influence decision making on communication platforms, mediums, and communications cadence across the organization
- Become the centralized source of truth for all Andela communications and work to centralize and systemize them.
- Define and analyze metrics and industry trends that inform the success of products, working together with product managers and analysts
- Communicate effective written and verbal updates on the product strategy and key outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in product management, across the full product development lifecycle, with a proven track record of successfully launching platform products that focus on communications platforms or technologies
- Experience building successful SaaS products, scaled to thousands of customers; and/or large scale marketplaces with millions of end users
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, communicate priorities and corresponding product roadmap across functions and geographies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effortlessly present to a CXO audience and an engineering group alike
