**The team you’ll be part of**

The ECE Sales organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer.

This position is part of ECE Sales organization. TSM’s main responsibility is to support the sales organization in term of presales, solution engineering, partner enablement, contribution to portfolio ensuring Nokia presents technically suited and commercially competitive solutions every time.

**Technical Sales Manager (TSM)**

As a TSM at Nokia, you become an evangelist for Private wireless solutions leading our partners and end customers in their journey to OT digitization. it is expected that you participate in evaluating and developing business opportunities in close collaboration with Sales Managers and find solutions through exploiting Nokia’s extensive portfolio that meet our client’s business objectives and solve their challenges.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of our team, you will:

- You will be responsible for driving Nokia’s Private Wireless market share growth together with our strategic channel partners and our customers.
- You will be asked to enable our partners in selling, implementing Private Wireless technologies.
- You’ll act as the technical go to person for our client’s technical teams helping them navigate through Nokia’s portfolio. Interact, coordinate, and deliberate with them to understand their key technical objectives and cocreate a fitting technological solution by crafting a comprehensive solution strategy
- The best solution strategy also has to be followed by a win plan. You will align with the Sales/Partner Account Managers, Commercial Management, Enterprise Solutions Business Unit, for creating a winning commercial solution.
- Possess a thorough understanding of sales processes using strong written, verbal, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Also acts as key bridge between sales and delivery phase to identify and manage risks and assure customer satisfaction

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- 15 + years of experience working with Solution Architecture in presales/delivery
- Experience working with enterprise customers and understanding the needs of various industrial market segments (i.e. manufacturing, mining, energy, transport, utilities, and logistics)
- Deep business, process, IT/OT, and network knowledge
- Good technical / System level understanding of end-to-end private wireless network architectures (LTE, 5G)

It would be nice if you also had:

- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to develop strong working relationships across multiple organizational function internally and with the customers.
- Project management skills
- Eager to learn different technologies, adapt to customer’s needs and be flexible in the work environment.
