**Talent Acquisition - Trabalho Híbrido - Hub Talent**

**Responsabilidades**:

- Gerenciar todo o processo de recrutamento e seleção, desde a definição das especificações da - vaga até a contratação final;
- Realizar alinhamento de perfil dos cargos em diferentes níveis;
- Criar e divulgar anúncios de vagas em diferentes plataformas;
- Coordenar a agenda de entrevistas com os gestores de diferentes áreas;
- Garantir o cumprimento dos prazos e etapas de acordo com o cronograma de seleção;
- Interação com os Business Partners para melhor definição do finalista, assim como alinhamento com o time de remuneração para definição de proposta salarial;
- Manter-se atualizado sobre as melhores práticas do setor de recrutamento e seleção.
- Formação superior completa em Psicologia, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência prévia na área de recrutamento e seleção;
- Experiência na seleção de profissionais da indústria;
- Experiência na contratação de vagas estratégicas (coordenação e gerência);
- Conhecimento dos principais meios de divulgação de vagas e redes sociais profissionais;
- Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas tarefas e manter-se organizado(a) em um ambiente dinâmico;
- Perfil proativo, inovador e orientado para resultados.
