Overview:
We are currently looking for a **Regulatory Compliance Manager** for LATAM. This role is open for

Regulatory Compliance professionals who are based in Brazil or to those who are open to relocate to Brazil.

This exciting new opportunity will be part of a world class, award winning e-gaming compliance team. You will be Responsible for implementation and management of Games Global’s regulatory compliance framework. You will be supervise the licensing projects of our games based on the the jurisdictional gaming legislation, rules and regulatory requirements specific to LATAM (Brazil) markets, to ensure the company ongoing compliance.

**Responsibilities**:
**What will you be doing?**
- Providing guidance and advice to key stakeholders on matters pertaining to gaming compliance legislation, you will help to develop appropriate solutions to ensure current and future compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the assessment and management of regulatory risks posed by products and services offered in any relevant jurisdictions.
- Responsible for the daily management of licences (or regulatory registrations) including understanding the reporting obligations and legal requirements in assigned jurisdictions to ensure submission of high-quality reports to the relevant authorities.
- Building and maintaining positive relationship with regulators and any external local parties.
- Keep abreast of relevant gaming legislation and compliance changes and advise on any potential impact and develop action plans as required.
- Responsible for the team’s people management (if applicable)
- Liaise with various departments and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Assist our Head of Compliance with ad hoc queries.
- Promote Compliance Culture within the business.

Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- A minimum of 6 years working with a **compliance/regulatory role is required**:

- A law degree: persons with other degrees such as, in business, finance or IT will also be considered if they have relevant work experience in the Compliance area
- Proven ability to **comprehend and interpret licensing conditions.**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience of developing relationships at all levels across organisations
- Demonstrate **sound knowledge and experience of Gambling Regulations**:

- Experience of liaising with Government regulators
- ** Experience within the e-gaming industry is a advantage**:

- Experience in the management of the licensing and compliance processes within a gaming compliance environment is also an advantage
- ** Portuguese native/fluent speaker is required
