Role Purpose: Responsible for managing the activities of the Human Resources area through consulting, ensuring the development of work routines and guaranteeing labor duties.
**Key responsibilities**:_HR Manager_**
- Solid experience as a HR generalist - Personnel administration, payroll, union relations, labor relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, recruitment and selection, internal communication
- Experience in performance evaluation programs, succession planning, leadership development
- Experience in the implementation, monitoring and actions in climate and engagement survey
- Experience in community support and social responsibility projects
- Implementation and monitoring of activities related to internal communication
- Knowledge in defining structures, planning people and teams
- Great interpersonal relationship at all levels
- Experience to work in matrix structures with reports outside Brazil and reports to more than one manager
- Design, implementation and monitoring of indicators and KPIs.
- Ability to implement projects related to Diversity and Inclusion (DEIB)
- ** EHS**
- Ensure the availability of resources to improve processes, products and systems and ensure technological updating and competitiveness, considering EHS, quality, food safety, productivity and the customer.
- Influencing leaders and the organization as a whole in order to organize, store and disseminate technical knowledge capable of generating results for the area of expertise and the business.
**ABOUT YOU**
**_ Skills and Experience Required_**
- Preferred Graduation in Business Administration, Psicology, Economy, Engineering
- Desired Post Graduation in HR or Business administration
- MS Office
- Fluency in Portuguese and English;
- 10+ years of experience in HR administration or HRBP
