
Distributor Manager

We are searching for a reliable Distributor Manager to join our team.
This position will play a key role in the commercial functions of the business acting as the interface between Distributors and all internal functions as well as defining and implementing key process improvements, define and implement strategies for growth. You should be able to identify new business opportunities and also provide training to our distributor network and their associates.
**Responsibilities includes**
- Act as the interface between Distributors, DSM’s and all internal functions i.e. Customer Service, Operations on all day to day distribution issues
- Have an overview and understanding of each country.
- Daily management of campaigns and promotions with all Distributors
- Conduct regular presentations to Directors and Senior Leaders within the business on regional Distribution activities via the Growth War Room, ensuring maintenance of daily management and presentation of GWR activities.
- Design and implement a process to drive improved integration of Distribution management in SFDC, when applicable.
- Be the interface with the Operations functions for order prioritization.
- Implement and drive processes to ensure improved management and understanding lead times with our Distributors.
- Conduct research on market trends and support product launches and networking events.
- Perform regular inventory checks.
- Support our distributor network with business agreement and penetration for our LNA´s and GSA´s.
**Requirements**:
A Degree in marketing, business, or an equivalent
Superb interpersonal and communication skills.
An eye for detail and the ability to identify inferior products.
Resilience and a high degree of professionalism.
Strong multitasking abilities.
Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
Good time management and the ability to collaborate with others.
Excellent record-keeping skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus
