Fragrance Development Manager

Location: Cotia, Brazil

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Expert knowledge in the Fine Fragrance category capable of designing a compelling olfactive strategy with a clear POV, taking into consideration local vision to help our clients grow;
- As an experienced partner of perfumers, guide them in their developments and recommends fragrance solutions adapted to the brief's parameters and client needs;
- Manage fragrances from collection, portfolio, and development of market product knowledge;
- Detects the category's olfactive trends and needs (Marketing insight) and turns them into concrete and innovative fragrance solutions;
- Project management capable of leading client olfactive presentation (enchant and convince);
- Manage proactive and reactive olfactive strategy.

**You bring**:

- Passion for perfumery with experience in fine fragrance evaluation;
- Good sense of smelling and strategic thinking;
- Creativity, Agility and focus; Communication, leadership and organizational skills;
- Ability to lead/work within a multicultural and multifunctional environment and a team player spirit.
- Experienced and understood (not necessarily in depth) personal care category - Body, Hair and Soap;
- Bachelor's degree.
