Prover suporte à liderança financeira e às diretorias das unidades de negócio com análises e prejeções finaceiras, que suportem o alcance dos objetivos da empresa.

**PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES**- Trabalhar como um verdadeiro "parceiro de negócios" junto a equipe comercial, participando ativamente na criação e execução da estratégia regional.- Elaborar relatórios financeiros gerenciais para acompanhamento de resultado do negócio, como: P&L gerencial, acompanhamento das vendas por cliente e produto, acompanhamento de despesas despesas comerciais, técnicas e de Marketing, detalhamento dos impactos gerados no resultado pela variação dos custos de materiais e L&O.- Executar a analise de viabilidade financeira de novos investimentos, com construções de cenários e analises de sensibilidade, para aumento de capacidade nas plantas produtivas.- Monitorar e interpretar a evolução dos preços e dos custos das unidades de negócio as quais prove suporte, atuando junto ao negócio nas estratégias para o realinhamento dos custos/Margem.- Mitigar riscos ao resultado acompanhando os materiais excedentes e fora de especificação, apoiando o negócio e operações na tomada de deisões eficientes - interface com a Cadeia de Suprimentos (Supply Chain) e com a área de custos.- Suporte na elaboração do plano anual de vendas e despesas através de projeções financeiras, assim como no plano estratégico de longo prazo e nas revisões mensais/trimestrais do plano (forecast).- Análise critica nos elementos financeiros dos contratos de rebates (SIA-Sales Incentive Agreements) e comissões de vendas.- Cálculo mensal das comissões sobre vendas e processamento para pagamento da fatura.- Analisar a viabilidade financeira no lançamento de novos produtos e acompanhar o desempenho pós-venda.

**REQUISITOS BÁSICOS**

**Escolaridade: E**nsino Superior completo em Economia, Ciencias Contábeis ou Engenharia com Pós em Finanças. Desejável Pós ou MBA na área.

**Idioma**:Inglês Avançado e Espanhol Avançado como diferencial.

**Outros conhecimentos desejáveis**:Pacote Office avançado, Excel Intermediário/Avançado (tabelas dinâmicas e macros), experiência em SAP, conhecimento em Power BI.
