The Financial Specialist will be responsible for leading end-to-end processes, ensuring consistency across the organization, and providing live country support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead finance transformation initiatives to improve financial performance.
- Digitalize processes and organizations to enhance efficiency.
- Implement best practices and tools in finance to drive results.
- Provide live country support and supervise the delivery of changes.
- Launch and drive initiatives to improve business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of strong operational experience in finance.
- Experience from a finance consulting or technology consulting firm.
- Participation in finance transformation projects (internal or external).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Education and Certifications:
- Leading business school, Engineer School, University degree in Business Administration with a major in Information System and/or Finance/Accounting and/or Process & organization management.
This role requires a strong background in finance, accounting, and process management. The ideal candidate will have experience working in project mode and in various roles from individual contributor to leadership.
