We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for driving automation and integrating AI-powered solutions to optimize finance processes, enhance data accuracy, and streamline decision-making.
Our ideal candidate will have experience with a wide range of tools and knowledge in databases and SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze financial data. They will also possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to influence stakeholders and adopt a data-driven culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Drive Strategic Transformation: Execute high-impact initiatives in automation and AI to optimize key finance processes.
- Integrate AI-Powered Solutions: Enhance data accuracy, streamline decision-making, and generate value for the business.
- Work Synergy: Collaborate with business areas, Data, and IT teams to enhance results and avoid overlapping initiatives.
- Complex Problem Solving: Translate complex business challenges into technical specifications and perform exploratory analysis to find answers.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with a wide stack tools and knowledge in databases and SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze financial data.
