At A-Teamwork, we thrive on performance, strategy, and building strong partnerships. We’re looking for an **Affiliate Manager** to grow and optimize our affiliate programs, drive lead generation, and maximize results for our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage relationships with affiliates to drive **high-quality traffic and leads**.
- Optimize and scale **pay-per-call and pay-per-lead** campaigns.
- Analyze **affiliate performance metrics** and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in **affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing**.
- Strong understanding of **pay-per-call, pay-per-lead, and media buying**.
- Ability to analyze **campaign performance** and optimize for better results.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
