Responsável pela comercialização de partes, peças e serviços, incluindo todas as etapas do processo de atendimento ao cliente. Gerenciamento de contratos de fornecimento, incluindo:
- Interface direta com os clientes nas demandas de partes, peças e serviços.
- Suporte em análise de demandas, _forescast_, tendências/perfil de consumo.
- Levantamento de projeções de venda.
- Criação de _Sales Order_ no sistema.
- Acompanhamento de pedidos, cronogramas de aquisição/fabricação Wabtec.
- Processo de faturamento para entrega final ao cliente.
- Monitoramento de recebimentos (cash) / acompanhamento com os clientes.
- Suporte na elaboração de novos contratos.
- Montagem de cotação/orçamento para os clientes.
- Qualificações necessárias
- Desejável formação em Engenharia, Comércio Exterior, Administração ou áreas relacionadas ao desenvolvimento de negócios em geral.
- Experiência anterior em suporte ao cliente, atividades comerciais como foco em B2B
- Inglês Avançado/Fluente: comunicação oral e escrita
- Desejável Espanhol
- Excel avançado
- Desejável conhecimento em programação (Ex.: Power Bi)
- Habilidades
- Comunicação interpessoal, habilidade no relacionamento com grupos multifuncionais.
- Dinamismo, trabalho em ambiente com tarefas concorrentes.
- Resiliência, trabalho em ambiente com adversidades e necessidade de recuperação rápida.
- Independência no trabalho, ambiente onde iniciativa e proatividade são diferencias.
