**Job Description Summary**: The Business Manager is responsible to lead PCS commercially in BR. Defines together with Zone Leader and other internal key stake holders the strategy and targets for this vertical.

Responsible to guarantee effective sales performance and delivery (throw leadership of internal teams and CP management).

- Build and execute GTM strategy aligned with Zone Leader, SBU (Ensure maximum coverage) also connected with market intelligence team
- Deliver franchise metrics (Orders, sales, CM, WR, VISI, SHARE, CCR, OTRW, OD Volume, Upgrade)
- Past due accountability (collections escalation support as needed)
- Keep track and manage CSO escalations, ensure deep dive on critical cases.
- Responsible to cascade the Strategy & Business targets for direct team and CP
- Ensure with team sub modality execution and numbers execution
- Execute budget franchise numbers
- Ensure retail deal visibility thru deep CP management (performance, MIP, compliance policy accomplishment)
- Accountable for past due
- Visibility management of CSO escalation, ensure deep dive on hot cases and longer period unsolved cases
- Oversight customer view beyond CP view and compliance accountability
- Service sales strong drive to end customer for PCS and CP execution commitment to GE as previously agreed
- Total SBU ownership from Top/ Strategic to Retail (Follow up TAM, SAM on execution of budget numbers)
- Competition landscape insights connected with Market intelligence team
- Bring market insights, mapping customer variables and connecting with GE´s opportunities/ strategy
- Accountable and Responsible for inventory management, be updated of the systems available to sell to prioritize and avoid Obsolete and additional costs
- Be updated in terms of product training (individually and team)
- Responsible to act and keep track of reduction of losses (T&L, ACOS, Concession, etc..)
- People Management: guarantee and lead a high performing team, through selection processes, effective performance management process, retention actions and pipeline identification for critical positions in partnership with human resources team. Guarantee the team is committed not only to individual targets but also “collateral” as co responsible.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in..
- Previous Experience in Healthcare Equipment Market
- Knowledge in Brazil Market
- Proven experience in Commercial and Sales roles (more than 7 years)
- Previous experience with budget and financial analysis
- Previous experience managing teams
- Advance/ Fluent English
- Fluent Portuguese
