**This position is responsible for identifying the parts demand for other brands and keep in touch with a supply chain to get these parts. Control the parts stock according to the support from the technician responsible for support in terms of what kind of parts need to be in stock and also control the turnover of these items. Prepare the quotes and orders in full.**

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Identify the Parts Demand and work with to supply chain to source the items accordingly.
- Receive and prepare the quotes, invoicing, and parts identification for the brands.
- Follow up on orders and escalate when necessary
- Visit customers and propose spare parts, find solutions when customers are not satisfied.
- Control the Parts Stock and manage the fill rate and turnover.
- Analyze the market in order to find our opportunities and create action plans.

**Job Requirements/Working Conditions**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- English language
- Good to have good communication, continuous improvement, adaptability, self-motivation, planning and organization, teamwork, customer focus, contributing to team success. Service attitude.
