**Descrição**:Develops and implements revenue recognition policies and procedures in conformance with current FASB and SEC guidance. Key Duties: Fully manages compliance of revenue recognition process with GAAP and company standards. Reviews customer contracts for revenue recognition implications and may assist with structuring non-standard transaction details. Responsible for complying with Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 requirement as related to revenue recognition. Manages month-end close activities, including assurance of accurate and timely results in cooperation with the general accounting function. Reviews, analyzes, and interprets revenue and margin reports. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Advanced English.
