We are looking for a Head of Digital Factory with the following requirements:
You will be responsible for:

- Managing the line of business P&L;
- In charge of overseeing the offer portfolio;
- Developing business growth and go-to-market strategies;
- Promoting talent development;
- Encouraging excellence and Innovation.

Your main challenge will be:

- Managing conflicting priorities;
- Attracting and retaining talent;
- Keeping up with technological advancements;
- Managing risk;
- Meeting customer expectations;
- Ensuring profitability.

Required Competences:

- Demonstrated experience as a business unit leader;
- Demonstrated experience in the custom software development business;
- Strong networking abilities across multiple sectors;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (EN and PT);
- Focused on a human-centric approach.

Preferred Competencies:

- Experience as a sales manager and/or engagement manager;
- Experience in project management;
- International experience, including working with clients and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Duration: Contract for 12 Months (Minimum);
- Localization: Lisbon.
