The Project Engineering is responsible for leading and managing industrial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, defining project scopes, developing timelines, and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. The Project Engineering r will oversee budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication, striving to optimize operational performance and deliver results aligned with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and monitor industrial projects to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local, federal, and state regulations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.
- Implement best practices to optimize efficiency and project outcomes.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Proven experience managing industrial projects,
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP certification is a plus).
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Fully on-site position in Araucária, PR
