**About the Company**:
The company is a content engineering agency. They design, build, and scale web systems for startups and B2B companies — from marketing sites in Webflow and Framer to SEO-driven content systems and dynamic product-feed pages.
**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a hybrid designer-developer who can bring creative concepts to life inside Webflow and Framer. This role sits at the intersection of design and development: someone who not only codes and ships, but also has the design sensibility to craft visually striking, user-friendly sites that feel as good as they look.

**Responsibilities**:

- Translate Figma/brand concepts into pixel-perfect, responsive websites in Webflow and Framer
- Implement advanced interactions, animations, and component systems (no-code and with custom code when needed)
- Build, launch, and analyze A/B tests to improve site performance and user conversion
- Optimize for performance, SEO best practices, accessibility, and responsive breakpoints
- Manage client projects end-to-end: from initial setup to QA and post-launch tweaks
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing leads to ensure creative and technical alignment
- Stay current with platform updates (Webflow Designer/Logic, Framer AI, etc.) and recommend new approaches

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of professional experience in web design and development
- Strong portfolio of Webflow and/or Framer builds, with emphasis on both interactivity and design quality
- Ability to function as a designer in your own right: skilled in typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Comfortable mixing no-code tools with custom code (HTML/CSS/JS, especially for advanced animations and embeds)
- Hands-on experience with modern animation tools and libraries such as GSAP, Lottie, and Rive
- Fluency in responsive design and modern web standards
- Experience with SEO implementation inside Webflow/Framer (title tags, metas, schema, redirects, etc.)
- Ability to work independently, ship on tight timelines, and collaborate across time zones

Nice-to-Haves
- Previous agency experience or client-facing work
- Experience with other web/CMS platforms: Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, Builder.io, etc.
- Understanding of CMS-driven content and dynamic page builds
- Comfort with version control and GitHub for code exports
