**Job Description Summary**: Support training actions on the digital and face-to-face platform, organize the agendas of digital and face-to-face events, contacting the Centers of Excellence and KOL LATAM. Submission of IH and Veeva Compliance processes and monitoring internal logistics processes (event locations, transportation, accommodation, dinners). Interaction with MKT GP Locations in LATAM Countries, follow up of Advance MA's Budget and Expenses.

BD Interventional (BDI) focuses on leading innovation and life-enhancing devices in the field of surgical, endovascular, urological, and critical care interventions aiming at advancing the treatment of high burden diseases and enabling surgical and interventional procedures.
**Responsibilities**:
- Medical Training Management Support (analysis and monitoring of training activities, Advance 2.0 Digital Platform, Advance in-person and KOL control);
- Coordinate communication of Advance LATAM events with LATAM countries and Europe. Calendars and publication of LATAM Calendars for Bu's
- Analysis and monitoring of training metrics and results and organizing participant feedback forms, generating control spreadsheets;
- Weekly report (Summary of the week's activities) Number of events, Number of physicians attended, topics discussed;
- Coordinate the Logistics and KOL part of the Platform and On-site digital events;
- Submission on Veeva for KOL presentations at 100% Advance MA events
- Registration of new KOLs at IH and also registration of 100% Advance MA LATAM events;
- Control of fees paid and frequency of use of KOL in MA Advance events;
- Participate in the creation and formatting of the Educational Plan each year;
- Support in the generation of digital Contents together with the Manager for uploading on the Advance 2.0 platform.
**Requirements**:
- University degree;
- Advanced english;
- Spanish and/or Portuguese as a plus;
- Must have experience with scientific events and medical affairs;
- This position is available to be based in Brazil.
