**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in systematic observation of employee’s health status, in surveys of occupational diseases, traumatic injuries, and epidemiological diseases
- Provides clinical healthcare services including nursing care for injuries & illnesses, case management of occupational injuries and illness, medical surveillance examination, and general health education
- Make home or hospital visits in case of occupational accidents or diseases
- Participate in accident prevention, health, and rehabilitation programs
- Perform tasks related to health education campaigns
- Fill out the health service activity reports and the reports of medical and nurses attendance
- Assist in carrying out health surveys in the workplace
- Assist in carrying out pre-admission, periodical, dismissal exams, and others according to company standard operating procedures and local regulations
- Work in SOC tool (Occupational Health Software)
- Carry out the opening of CAT and schedule medical consultation at INSS, in case of occupational accident
- Keep organized the medical files generated for each medical evaluation (ASOs) performed, daily
- Control and manage the calibration of medical services equipment and local infrastructure
- Assist in carrying out complementary exams (ECG, EEG, Spirometry, and others)
- Help in health and wellness promotion campaigns
- Provide prescript medicine orally and intravenously
- Perform tasks relevant to the area of expertise, using equipment and computer programs
- Implement and support other tasks of the sector, inherent to the function

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- Professional Intermediate or Complete High School and Technical Nursing Course (2 years)
- Nursing Technician according to MEC-CEGRAU-718/90, published in the D.O.U. on 09.13.90, and those that previously followed specific legislation determined by the MTPS medical examination at the INSS (Article 2 of COFEN Resolution No. 238/2000)
- Extension course in occupational nursing technique recognized by MEC
- Minimum experience 4 - 5 as an Occupational nursing technician
