- Monitoring infrastructure support- Maintenance of service levels and requests
- Project implementation
- Keep record and report all deliverable KPIS for the AIOPs process (incidents avoided, insights analysed, dashboards created, correlations performed, new monitorings implemented, etc)
- Work with the customer and technical teams to improve the monitoring of the environments, looking for opportunities on outages and from the insights/correlations generated by the AIOPs process.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Zabbix knowledge
- Linux Administrator
- Knowledge of monitoring tools
- Script development**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Python and Application Performance Monitoring.**Required Education**
- Bachelor's Degree**Preferred Education**
