**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for online sales with focus in Pure Players development.
- Forecasting of growth plan and monthly base demand planning.
- Drive growth with Profitability.
- Ensure Sell out and consumption growth.
- Build JBPs with key clients for long term success.
- Be the leader of Ecommerce Sales internal and external.
- Handle commercial investments to drive profitable growth.
- Team and talent development.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- MBA and digital courses are a plus.
- Advanced English.
- Validated experiences developing commercial strategies are required.
- Previous experience in e-commerce sales.
- Solid understanding of Brazilian digital environment.
- Agile mentality, strongly driven by results.
- Confirmed experience as team & talent developer.
- Previous experience in Consumer Goods Industry is required.
- Availability to work 03 times a week in the South Zone of São Paulo (Vila Olímpia).
