offline sales management
, developing and executing commercial strategies, and growing distribution channels with a strong focus on measurable results.
What will be your main responsibilities as
Sales Manager
in Consumer Market:
- Channel planning and expansion
, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, competition, and channel ecosystems. - Organizational construction
and management capabilities, based on channel Model, structure and customer organizational structure. - Team leadership and organizational development
, building efficient and competitive sales structures. - Ability to design and optimize business processes
, leveraging digital tools and systematic solutions to strengthen execution. - Risk management
, with strong communication skills to identify risks and ensure business goals are met. - The role also requires proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and solid knowledge in
project management
and
consumer sales operations
.
What will be the main requirements you need to comply to apply for this position?
- More than 6 years of experience as Sales Manager in consumer goods products.
- At least 4 years of experience in Offline sales.
- Advanced English Level is required (B2 or C1)
- Project Management and Consumer Sales management experience.
