Job Title: Campaigns Manager (Fixed Term Contractor)

Location: Remote - Europe

Contract Duration: 12 months (Maternity Cover)

Start Date: ASAP

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and create end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning to reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, optimising for key metrics.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on campaign goals.
- Manage budgets and timelines effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Responsibility for driving Marketing Generated and Influences pipeline and Revenue.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing B2B marketing campaigns.
- Revenue minded.
- An understanding of the Buyers’s journey and ABM from 1:1 to 1:many
- Be a data driven Marketer
- Strong understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong story teller
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
