We are seeking a strategic and experienced professional to join our leadership team as a**Country Director**.**This key role involves driving the growth and operations of our organization within the assigned country while ensuring alignment with our global objectives.** If you are a visionary leader passionate about fostering success and cultivating a positive, inclusive workplace culture, we’d love to hear from you.**
**Location**: Brazil, São Paulo, Brazil, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (Fully Remote)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building, guiding prospects through the sales process.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline, engaging in focused activities and crafting consultative solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
- Build strong client relationships, acting as a product expert to confidently present the company’s offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to convert prospects into clients and develop sales materials to support the process.
- Create profitable business proposals and provide regular updates on sales progress and performance.
- Represent the company at trade shows and events, delivering product demonstrations both in person and remotely.
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to drive initiatives aimed at acquiring new business.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Advanced proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (C1) and upper-intermediate English (B2), both written and spoken.
- Extensive network of executive-level (C-level) contacts within the gaming or betting industry.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or B2C commercial roles.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute regional or global sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments while meeting tight deadlines.
- Exceptional time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Self-driven with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Results-focused with a strong orientation toward financial performance.
