Actualmente buscamos una persona con un nível nativo/bilingüe de portugués y español para construir y mantener la colaboración con nuestra red de agencias brasileñas, guiarlas y formarlas en el uso de la plataforma B2B y optimizar y mejorar las ventas de la plataforma a través de una comunicación eficiente y constante para la optimización de los resultados del departamento.
**¿Cómo será tu día a día?**.
- ** Trabajaras 100% remoto desde Brasil.**:
- Soporte y asistencia a las agencias de viajes en la plataforma B2B.
- Activación y optimización de la actividad de las agencias.
- Manejo de la plataforma: activación de cuentas, modificación datos, etc.
- Formaciones/webinar con agencias y grupos de agencia.
- Monitorización y seguimiento a los grupos de agencia asignados.
- Ayuda y soporte a la agencia a la hora de acceder a su cuenta, descarga de bono o factura o cualquier otra acción requerida.
- Construir y mantener relaciones de negocio productivas y eficientes.
- Monitorizar y optimizar la actividad de cada agencia.
- Seguimiento de nuevas altas en la plataforma hasta conseguir sus primeras ventas, así como captación de nuevas agencias.
- Envío de comunicaciones a las agencias.

- Formación superior en Turismo o áreas relacionadas.
- Capacidad de organización y disciplina.
- Autonomía y capacidad de toma de decisiones.
- Dotes comunicativas, alto nível de interlocución.
- Perfil comercial.
- Valorable experiência en atención al cliente y con agencias de viaje.
- Portugués nativo, español alto, valorable conocimientos de inglés.
