**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the **Tech recruiting cluster** within our TA team — guiding, mentoring, and aligning recruiters to deliver top talent.
- Manage **end-to-end recruitment** for senior and complex Tech roles worldwide.
- Partner directly with **Tech leadership and hiring managers**, aligning recruitment strategies with critical business needs.
- Design and execute **employer branding campaigns** that position Trafilea as _the_ destination for elite IT talent.
- Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, conversion).
- 5+ years of experience as an **Tech recruiter**, with proven success on sourcing and closing complex tech roles.
- 2+ years **leading or mentoring recruiters** — you know how to motivate, align, and scale a team.
- Bachelor’s in Business, HR, or related field.
- Agile, KPI/OKR-driven mindset; comfortable managing metrics to improve performance.
- Exceptional communicator and relationship builder with IT leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, organized, and hands-on — you remove blockers, solve problems, and make things happen.
