**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Gather business requirements and configure our software to meet business needs.
- Deliver online user training in English on the OrangeHRM software.
- Prepared to work on the night shift supporting our US clients
- Engage with customers to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
- Contribute to user guides and software documentation.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of the OrangeHRM offering and be confident in performing demonstrations
- Become a trusted advisor for our clients and advocate for their needs within OrangeHRM.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
- Prepare project plans, meeting minutes, status updates in order to effectively deliver projects.
- Aid the sales organization in pre-sales activities to win new business.

**Qualification / Experience Required**
- A Diploma or a Degree in Information Technology
- 2+ years of work experience in software industry (preferably in customer-facing roles such as Implementation, Project Management, or Business Analysis)
- Certificates or training in project management is an added advantage.

**Required Skills**:

- Dynamic, self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude and an outgoing personality
- Fluent oral and written communication in English
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong knowledge in MS Office Suite
- A passion for helping people understand
- Domain knowledge in Human Resources Management would be an added advantage.
- Effective organizational, time management and planning skills.
