Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in Digital Advertising or Marketing Strategy
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

- Knowledge of the Google Ads and YouTube products, and how to create and optimize video campaigns.
- Ability to build inspiring and engaging go-to-market activations and narratives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in tailoring solutions to a variety of audiences, both executive-level technical product management teams and front-line sales teams.

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

Our Product Solutions Specialist (PSS) team partners closely with all Google's areas and is a key strategic driver to empower our Large Customer Sales teams. You will help advertisers and agencies develop and leverage digital solutions that build stronger businesses and brands. In this specific role, you will cover YouTube Activation Strategy and will work closely with Measurement, Creative, Cross Product Specialists and sellers to develop robust and innovative digital video strategies.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Grow seller confidence in demonstrating and articulating how our creative technology can solve strategic brand business challenges.
- Deploying training sessions, offering office hours, answering seller questions, etc. Assist front-line sellers in educating major advertisers and their upstream creative partners.
- Drive adoption of key video advertising creative products aligned with global priorities. Impact business growth by identifying specific in-market opportunities for regional customers.
- Work closely with other regional creative point of contact as well as go-to-market leads to scale best practices, build creative intelligence, and influence tools roadmap. Develop inspiring and innovative YouTube's go-to-market activities.
