Logistics Analyst

**Job Description**:
**Position Summary**

Responsible for analyzing, control and management of invoices from logistics partners and providers to Import and Exports process in Brazil. Guarantee that all inbound and outbound costs are in accordance with approved rates and tariffs, processing invoices in a timely manner to assure correct costs carried within materials and import/ export processes and Invoice payment to the supplier.

**Key responsibilities**
- Control of costs related to import and export processes - Warehousing, International Freight, Airport Billing, Road Freights etc.
- Monitor invoice validation to guarantee that were issued by the supplier considering the agreed rate
- Release and appoint expenses in the system (OSGT and SAP)
- Analysis of General Ledger accounts
- Analyze inbound and Outbound expenses related to Imports and Exports
- Identify opportunities to reduce inbound costs related to imports and logistics expenses
- Suggest improvements to optimize workflow between the parties involved into billing process
- Monitor and manage the audit of Invoices
- Manage and create, if necessary, system parameters to an inbound expense (tax retention, cost impact etc)
- Manage and track expenses within logistics cost center
- Implement productivity initiatives to gain time or save money
- Daily interaction with Suppliers to receive the invoices, negotiate in case of any discrepancy and share released payments.
- Daily interaction with finance and taxes teams to release invoices in the system
- Interactions with sourcing team for opportunities identification and negotiation
- Guarantee no invoices in past due with suppliers - 0 aging.
- Participate on monthly performance meetings with providers to track and implement actions related to billing process

**Other Attributions**
- Act with environmental responsibility and in a safe manner, following the EHSS requirements of the Rockwell Automation in its respective internal policies and procedures, as well as in Safety as requirements of current legislation on Health, Environment and Environment
- Carry out tasks in accordance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards (laws state/international, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, etc).
- This cargo is sensitive in terms of logístical security or compliance with obligations tax and customs
- Develop its activities in compliance with accounting, tax and customs requirements as in compliance with the requirements of current legislation related to the OEA program and Rockwell Automation internal policies

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration / Logistics / Supply Chain / Engineering / Sciences Accounting / Economics or other related areas
- MBA in Logistics or Supply Chain as a differential

**Skills**

**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years direct related experience
- Office 365 package, focus on MS-Excel
- Power BI/Data analytics knowledge
- Knowledge of integrated corporate systems, SAP prerequisite and ONESOURCE Global Trade (Thomson Reuters), Import, Export and Drawback modules.
- Desirable Six Sigma Yellow/ Green Belt
- Advanced English
