Vendor Master Data Specialist

This job is responsible for delivering Vendor Master Data service according to agreed KPIs for multiple units across one or more geographies. As such, this person will be the MCS main point of contact for the Buying community in their assigned region, providing process coordination and support to the Buyers within their areas of expertise

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Take primary responsibility for accurately maintaining Vendor Master Data
- Act as central point of contact for all requests regarding vendor creation and maintenance from Commercial and S&F in region
- Provide ad-hoc assistance to users in understanding vendor data systems and processes
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the systems and related processes used in order to drive effectiveness in this area
- Deliver end user awareness and training in the use of the systems and processes to minimize re-work and miscommunication
- Support the production of and publishing of statistics on Vendor volume metrics each period
