IT Business Lead Analyst

The DATA GOVERNANCE TTS LATAM Data Quality team is responsible for many run-the-bank and change-the-bank processes. We partner with Risk and Finance to understand their data requirements for regulatory and internal management reporting. We work with Business, Technology and FCDO to ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting of data in the required standards. The team works on an end-to-end basis with various stakeholders to resolve data challenges by understanding root cause/thematic issues data quality monitoring and resolution, as well as process design and implementation. LATAM Data Quality TTS Manager/Senior Analyst **Responsibilities**: Manage relationship with Consumers/Data Sources Review quality analysis results and disposition data challenges Drive data quality resolution Lead data improvement initiatives Liaise with other areas of the firm to understand data challenges and solutions Optimize metrics reporting process Lead project management activities Coordinate consumption demand and requirements Perform data quality analysis and identify data challenges Lead data improvement initiatives Liaise with other areas of the firm to understand data challenges and solutions Optimize metrics reporting process Lead project management activities Support senior management strategic vision **Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree 6-10 years relevant experience Finance and Regulatory Reporting knowledge Financial Data warehouse experience Strong data attribute knowledge in capital markets and Cash & Trade. Operational experience (Trade settlement and Risk and P&L Reporting) a Plus.
