The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing the sales team with administrative support and enhances the efficiency of the sales process between the organization and its customers and for interacting with internal and external customers. The holder of this position supports the internal sales team by providing reports, processing orders as well as by communicating with customers and internal departments to ensure the correct processing of client orders and on time delivery.

**Main Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- Analysis of internal orders for billing (Taxation/Operation Nature/Tax Situation);
- Issuance of invoices for product sales, warehouse transfers, donations, demonstrations, loans, sales for future delivery, triangular sales, DIFAL, importation, and services;
- Sending DANFEs and XML files to customers;
- Enter Third-Party Incoming Invoices;
- Issuance of correction letters;
- Filing;
- Sending tax documents to accounting;
- Issue bank slips and send them to customers.

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Academic degree in business administration or similar
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in billing department
- Knowledge of Fiscal and Tax Legislation: Understanding Brazilian tax laws, such as ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, and other taxes is essential to ensure compliance.
- Proficiency in Billing Systems: Familiarity with ERP systems and billing software used in Brazil, specially SAP B1.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in verifying invoices and calculations to avoid errors that could result in tax penalties.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or opportunities for improvement.
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues, especially when resolving billing issues.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, keeping documents and records organized.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve billing-related issues effectively
