**What you will do**:

- Analyze credit card disputes and fraud cases, providing actionable insights to minimize chargebacks and fraudulent transactions
- Support the e-commerce team in optimizing credit card processing operations to reduce transaction failures and improve approval rates
- Ensure compliance with payment processing regulations and industry standards (PCI-DSS, 3DS, etc.)
- Advice on implementation of anti-fraud strategies, including verification processes and fraud prevention tools for online payments
- Conduct transaction failure analysis to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement
- Help the team to collaborate with payment gateways and to troubleshoot issues and optimize integration performance

**What you need to succeed in this role**:

- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Proven experience in credit card dispute and fraud analysis for e-commerce
- Strong understanding of credit card processing and payment gateway operations (Stripe, Braintree, etc.)
- Knowledge of compliance management in payment processing, including PCI-DSS and 3DS
- Expertise in anti-fraud strategies and verification systems
- Experience working with chargeback management systems, fraud detection tools, and payment optimization
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

**Will be a great plus**:

- Certification in Stripe, or similar payment gateway specialization
