**SAP iXp Intern - Manufacturing Suppor**

P**OSITION SUMMARY W**

e are looking for an intern who is driven by a desire to provide our customers with outstanding customer service. The key responsibility is to assist our customers in resolving issues related to the implementation, deployment, functionality, and usage of SAP Products

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS -**
- elp customers implement and operate their solutions effectively efficiently by providing state-of-the-art support services.
- nalyze and resolve reported cases using our knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing entries.
- oot Cause Analysis of reported cases.
- reation and maintenance of knowledge documentation.
- ollaborate in global projects focused on improving support processes, infrastructure, and quality
- eport errors to Development.
- rovide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries.
- articipate in queue screening and in queue management at least once a week (flexible: 4-8 PM or 5-9 PM during Summertime in Europe

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES -**
- ndergraduate students in Information Technology, Computer Science, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- ood customer focus and communication skills (oral/written).
- The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with multiple teams spread across various geographical locations.
- dvanced English
- nderstanding of Relational Databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)
- nowledge in JAVA or JavaScript/TypeScrip

**NICE TO HAVE/BONUS IF YOU HAVE -**
- nowledge or experience in Manufacturing processes
- panish proficiency
- amiliarity with Business Software (comparable solutions) and/or Business Processes is a plus.
- revious experience with customer support and/or ticketing tool is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Knowledge in microservice

**WORK EXPERIENCE -**
- xperience or eagerness to learn in an IT related area, e.g., consulting / suppor
