We are searching the best talent for PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ANALYST to be in Sao Jose dos Campos or Sao Paulo.
Purpose: The professional will be responsible for Maintain and improve the PMOffice process and tools, being responsible for understanding end-to-end Project and Portfolio Management, develop enhancements at dashboards, provide metrics visibility, maintain PowerBI PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) Workspace and Sharepoint, take advantage of MS360 tools to improve and automate processes and routines (PowerAutomate, PowerApp, Sharepoint, BI, among others). PPM playbook creation and update, knowledge management and ensure full utilization considering all templates and routines and report, benchmarks and best practices, suggesting process & tolls improvements and identifying risks. You will be able to manage the Digital Transformation at LATAM level in Project Portfolio Management, seeking to improve processes through innovative tools in partnership and close to the Analytics and Project Management team
You will be responsible for:
- Introduce new ideas to shift our organizations ways of working, improving speed to insight
- Use innovative technologies, including MS Power Tools to improve and automate process and routines (Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI, etc.)
- Ability to transform data-analysis into actionable insights with tangible outcomes.
- Develop enhancements at dashboards, provide metrics visibility, maintain PowerBI PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) Workspace and Sharepoint
- Create, Update and Maintain Playbooks, Guides and Knowledge Center, ensuring flawless utilization
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, able to effectively communicate insights from data with both peers and executives.
- Experience working with business intelligence tools/software to analyze data of BI tools environment (Power BI, QlikView) and other major systems, such as SAP
- Champion and Support user for all PPM digital tools.

Qualifications and requirements:
**Required**:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in Engineering / Finance / Administration is required
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience required
- Experience in process automation using tools such as Excel, Power Automate, PowerApps or Power BI
- Strong data collection and analytical skills with a consistent awareness to accuracy and attention to detail
- Track-record of consolidating data from diverse sources, analytics, modeling, and data visualization of analytic findings.
**Preferred**:
- MBA in Projects, Analytics, Data Science is preferred
- Process Excellence or Improvement experience/training or certification (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.)
- Project experience/training or certification (PMI, FPX, or Post Degree in Project Management)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills. Be able to easily communicate with Business Users and capture their requirements
- This role needs someone with a “can-do” attitude who thrives in an agile ambitious set up.
- Being able to effectively prioritize, execute tasks and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met
- +5 years of relevant working experience, including experience overall SC, Operations, Logistics, Project preferred
