**What we are looking for**:
Provide Dealer Developent market intelligence on distribution landscape; Support strategic Dealer Management & brand governance with local data on markets; Provide brands with brand-specific local data. Develop and Lead New Projects and Program Reports to: Distribution Management Manager Brazil

**What are you going to do**:
Prospect / analyze / approve groups interested in investing in AGCO Carry out market studies focused on dealer network movement actions Carry out strategic regional studies to define movements in the medium and long term. Preparation of material for the Concession Approval Committee (CAC) Assist in the creation of action plans Negotiation directly with the dealer network (holders) in termination and nomination processes Indemnity Calculations (Ferrari Law) Financial analysis Compliance Ensure the effective implementation of AGCO processes (flow of approvals / documents / systems / procedures) Internal alignment with different areas of AGCO to design and implement strategies Legal (contracts in general and agreed terms) Financial (Compliance and guarantees) Sales and After Sales (Start of operation in general) Architecture (Store opening / facilities and brand standards) Carry out market studies focused on expanding or decreasing groups (Business Plan) Legal alignment Ensure the effective implementation of AGCO processes (flow of approvals / documents / systems / procedures) Meeting the diverse demands of the dealer network related to expansion, reduction, corporate change processes, e.g

**What do you need**:
Very good analytical skills and affinity to numbers Autonomous, well-structured and diligent work standard Experience to be a leader in new projects Experience minimum of 3 years in Distribution management (other names: Dealer Network Development or Dealer Network strategic planning or Dealer Development) or Processes areas, in the Agriculture or Automotive (automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, etc) segment industry Customer focus Language skills (relevant English) MS Office (Strong in Power Ponit and Excel). Experience tin project Manager and Roll out
