The Strategic Account Manager is part of the Strategic Account Management (SAM), the organization that manages strategic relationships with partners across different channels and regions to deliver and retain access for all the Medical Device brand.
**Responsibilities**:
- Accountable for annual results of strategic accounts (Sales, margin, mix, contract renewals, pricing policies, compliance, solutions, Account P&L);
- Strategic Account Planning - lead annual cycle of strategic account planning aligned with business units and support areas;
- Account Team Leadership -lead by influence the execution of a team of several areas which serves the strategic account;
- Coordination of overall execution (leading account team) and participation on solutions deployment, connecting the generate value and communicating the Return on investment;
- Business leads, proposals and negotiations aligned with pricing strategy defined by business units;
- Contract Negotiations/ Contract Management aligned with legal department and finance;
- Customer value proposition strategy;
- Understand customer needs to develop strategic solutions customized for the customer (in partnership with other areas).
**Qualifications**
- Degree with a desirable MBA;
- Financial and Business Acumen, Problem Solver Creative/Innovative, Senior Level Interaction Skills, Team Builder - Strong capacity to lead by influence and example;
- Effective Communication/Listening, Negotiation, Planning & Organization, Leadership, Problem/Conflict Resolution, Relationship Building;
- Commercial Sales & Marketing background with proven results working at the Senior Level, C-Suite;
- Working previously with strategic accounts will be a plus.
- Advanced level of English is a plus. Intermediate level is required.
