Job Summary:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing high-value player portfolios with a focus on retention, loyalty, and long-term value. The role delivers personalized engagement tailored to player preferences and lifecycle, identifying opportunities for activation and reactivation while promoting relevant offers and experiences. By monitoring key performance metrics (Turnover, GGR, NGR, LTV, ARPU, deposits) and collaborating with CRM, Product, Customer Service, and Legal teams, the Key Account Manager ensures a seamless, compliant, and impactful VIP journey that drives both player satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of related experience
  • Advanced knowledge of the Office package. Metrics

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced English
  • Availability for on-site work in São Paulo – SP.
