7+ years’ experience in Partner or Channel operations, or sales operations in a mid-to-large scale hi-tech company.
- 5+ years of Partner or Channel experience
- Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish and advanced English skills
- MS-Excel advanced skills
- Experience conducting analysis of complex data and translating the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
- Experience communicating complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.

The Partner Management team is a diverse team that supports the development, enablement, go-to-market, and solution creation of our most critical consulting and solution integrators Partners.

We are seeking a Partner operation professional with broad technical and operational skills to own all aspects of Partner operations for the AWS Partner business in Latin America.

This position will serve as a Strategic trusted advisor for the business decisions, business expansion, strategy map, operating plan, and HC investment. This individual will provide analysis and recommendations on where to invest HC and budget to have maximum impact on the overall business, maximizing what is working, filling gaps and divesting in less productive initiatives.

Key job responsibilities
- Serve as strategic trusted advisor to the LATAM Partner leadership, supporting both Partner Development Manager and Partner Solution Architect organizations.
- Dives deep into the Partner's business dynamics by collecting data/anecdotes/insights/trends for external and internal use. This includes ad hoc meetings and cadences with c-level members from our Partners.
- Own the alignment and interlocking with Geo stakeholders, including Partner, Sales and Professional Services teams.
- Business review/presentation of goals, partner coverage models, help needed from interlock. Review highlights, lowlights, and develop recommendations for items that are not working. Overall x-org and x-functional planning.
- Consolidate the LATAM business reviews, leading the local read-outs and joining the global reviews. Support writing and data for operating plans.
- Business objectives goals and kpis shared responsibility with LATAM leadership at different levels, and monitoring and execute get to green plans.
- Set up meeting cadence and working meetings to drive business planning for the Partner team.
- Strategic headcount, investment planning, and measurement.
- Organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
- Experience within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
- Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented
- Proven problem solving and collaboration skills
