**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition**:

- Schedule and coordinate interviews and assessments
- Assist with drafting and distributing job offers, rejection letters, employment
agreements and other correspondence.
- Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, sourcing efficiency, and interview
outcomes, and provide regular reports to the team.
- Support with employer branding initiatives

**Administration**:

- Support onboarding activities, including preparation of welcome kits and assisting with orientation sessions.
- Ensure office safety and adherence to health and safety laws

**Event Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for internal and external events.
- Handle event registrations, invitations, and provide on-site support.
- Assist in organizing and executing corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year in either recruitment, office administration, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal
- Collaborative and able to work well within a team
- Understanding of handling sensitive information with care and maintaining
confidentiality.
- Energetic, approachable, and confident in building relationships across all levels of
the organization
