Responsável pela sustentação de ambientes que envolvam soluções tecnológicas voltadas a sistemas de T.I., de Cloud, com maior autonomia e relativa orientação em situações mais complexas, para clientes internos e externos, envolvendo cenários de alta complexidade, podendo apoiar outras áreas da empresa caso seja necessário o fornecimento de recomendações técnicas, a fim de reestabelecer serviços inoperantes ou impactados, cumprindo os níveis de serviços definidos com o cliente, garantindo a qualidade e satisfação nos atendimentos.

**Qualificações**
- Sólida experiência em sustentação, integração, configuração e troubleshooting de soluções de sistemas de T.I., de Cloud (hardware e software de micros segmentação) em cenários de média complexidade.
- Reconhecido pelos sólidos conhecimentos técnicos na sua área e possuir pelo menos uma certificação técnica na área de atuação de nível intermediário ou conhecimento equivalente.
- Conhecimento de ambientes DevOps/GIT/CI-CD.
- Sólidos Conhecimentos em Software de Micro segmentação como Kubertes, AKS, entre outros
- Experiência em criação, administração e sustentação de Web Applications, Functions, Services Plans, Storage Accounts, Runbooks, entre outros recursos;
- Experiência em redes e segurança em Azure (Express Route, Security Groups, Vnets)
- Manter a disponibilidade, escalabilidade e segurança do ambiente Azure
- Experiência em Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics entre outros
- Estabelecer e manter os padrões no design e arquitetura de infraestrutura Azure
- Preservar e escalar o ambiente através de planos de ação relacionados a capacidade, mapeamento e análise de risco
- Propor KPIs para acompanhamento do uso eficiente dos recursos
- Realizar o estudo do ambiente para realização de reservas e oportunidades de otimização dos custos.
- Diferencial:

- Experiência com automação de infraestrutura usando ferramentas como Terraform, Ansible ou similares;
- Conhecimentos em FinOps;
- Certificações em Azure Cloud.
