- Job Purpose
Responsible for registering and verifying technical Engineering or Project information, checking presented data, making it available to the entire downstream chain, generating reports and ensuring accuracy of updated data in the Engineering PLM, with the aim of contributing to the delivery of services, products, and/or Engineering technologies.
Job Description
- Ensuring compliance with procedures and standards.
- Documenting, helping to define and registering technical information in information management systems.
- Checking information sent for processing, such as: part numbers, drawings, documents, specifications, quality matrices, etc.
- Analyzing the information sent for subsequent approval/clearance in order to publish it on the company's intranet.
- Checking the synchronicity of engineering information relating to the products and services produced by TechnipFMC on its various sites.
- Analyzing any processing error logs.
- Offering support to users.
- Interface with global peers using written communication.
- Preparing reports based on data extracted from the Engineering PLM.
- Supporting the creation of training material.
- Building/maintaining a checklist for approving technical information.
- Maintaining the Engineering PLM database, carrying out mass data modifications.
- Location: Tech Center, Ilha do Fundão, Rio de Janeiro
- You are meant for this job if:

- Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Economics, Engineering, Architecture or related field)
- Experience with file management
- Proficient use of the Office Package
- Knowledge of the Value Chain
- Advanced English
- Advanced Portuguese
- Office 365 - mandatory
- Teamcenter - desirable
- Script handling and log analysis
